Questions

What counts as one application kit?
One tailored resume for one job, plus the cover letter and interview prep you chose to include. Adding a deliverable you skipped afterwards is free — it doesn't cost a second kit.
Is job matching limited?
No. Uploading your CV, answering the preference questions and browsing matched roles are unlimited on every plan, including free. Only generating an application kit uses your allowance.
What happens if I run out mid-month?
You can upgrade at any time and the higher limit applies immediately. Your usage carries over within the same billing period rather than resetting, so upgrading never costs you kits you already used.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for. There's no cancellation fee and no minimum term.
Do unused kits roll over?
No. Each billing period starts fresh at your plan's limit. Pick the plan that matches how actively you're searching rather than stockpiling.
